Emile Aslan Lacheny is a French-Turkish author, actor, and director whose artistic journey has taken him from the heart of Paris to the vibrant stages of New York City. Known for his passion for storytelling and dedication to uplifting immigrant voices, Emile’s creative work spans theatre, film, and screenwriting — all driven by a love for stories that unite people across cultures.
“Storytelling isn’t just something I do,” Emile shares. “It’s the way I see the world — as a series of moments, emotions, and truths waiting to be shared.”
🌍 From Paris to New York: A Storyteller’s Path
Born and raised in Paris, Emile Aslan Lacheny discovered his love for stories at an early age. Determined to reach wider audiences, he taught himself English and mastered the American dialect by watching movies and TV shows, carefully recreating every sound and nuance.
“I remember spending hours replaying movie scenes,” Emile recalls. “It wasn’t just about speaking English — it was about capturing a feeling, an authenticity.”
Emile’s journey took him to Austin, Texas, where he earned a BFA at St. Edward’s University. Eager to deepen his craft, he then moved to New York City, graduating from the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in July 2021.
